General Terms of Use

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms are intended to define the conditions of use and the terms and conditions for providing a connection service between motorists (Individuals) seeking maintenance, overhaul, repair, technical inspection and vehicle storage services (Services) and professional garage owners (Garage Owners).

These Terms may be supplemented by specific terms of use for certain services offered on the Platform, which prevail over the Terms in case of contradiction.

Oovoom reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to improve, modify, alter, suspend or permanently discontinue all or part of the Platform and to restrict or prohibit access to it.

Article 2 - Access to services

The Services offered on the Platform are intended for any individual with full legal capacity to commit under the Terms.

Article 3 - Available plans

There are different plans depending on the number of vehicles owned by Individuals:

• Individuals with one to three vehicles
• Individuals with at least four vehicles

Article 4 - Platform registration

Login credentials and confidentiality

Individuals accept these Terms by checking a box designated for this purpose in the registration form.

Full use of the Services requires Individuals to register on the Platform, according to the procedure described below.

The Individual must complete a form and provide all required information to validate registration. In case of incomplete registration, it will not be validated.

Article 5 - Description of services offered

The Platform makes the following Services available to Individuals:

• Garage search and comparison : Individuals have access to the garage database on the Platform.
• Cost pre-estimation : Individuals can benefit from a pre-estimate of the cost of the Service to be performed by the Garage Owner.
• Online appointment booking : Individuals can directly book an appointment with the Garage Owner of their choice.
• Garage Owner evaluation : Individuals can give Garage Owners a rating ranging from 1 to 5 and write a comment.

Article 6 - Individual obligations and prohibited behaviors

Individuals fully commit to respecting the obligations contained in these Terms, including:

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Guarantee the accuracy and truthfulness of information provided
• Respect the chosen appointment slot
• Pay the price of Services provided by Garage Owners

Article 7 - Individual warranty

Individuals bear the burden of all complaints, claims, actions and/or demands that Oovoom may suffer due to the violation by an Individual of any of their obligations or warranties under these Terms.

Article 8 - Consequences resulting from breaches

In case of breach in the execution of any of the provisions in the Terms or violation of applicable laws and regulations, Oovoom sends a formal notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Individual.

Article 9 - Absence of liability

Acting as a connection platform between Individuals and Garage Owners, Oovoom provides them with technical tools allowing them to contact each other to schedule an appointment and receive for the former, and provide for the latter, Services.

Oovoom acts in its own name and does not intervene in any way in the name or on behalf of any Individual or Garage Owner.

Article 10 - Personal data protection

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations relating to personal data protection, Oovoom collects certain personal information or data allowing the processing of the customer file and the execution of the contract.

Article 11 - Service duration and unsubscription

The contract is a monthly contract renewable by tacit renewal. Individuals can unsubscribe from the Services by sending a request to this effect by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

Article 12 - Applicable law, mediation and competent jurisdictions

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Courts.
